Tone Def Record Label Berths, Unveils First Artiste, Jabby Jay

To further expand the frontiers of the Nigerian music industry, Tone Def Recording and Entertainment Company has announced its arrival.
The record company based in Chevron Drive Estate Lekki, Lagos set to give other labels a run for their money in terms of quality music.
The new entertainment company will also specialises in music sales, recording, artist performance, NGOs and general entertainment business matters.
To show its seriousness, it has unveiled its first artiste; Jabbar Usman, better known as Jabby Jay.
Usman who is a Hip-hop/Afro-pop singer, rapper and producer was signed under (Tone Def Music) in early 2017 in a colourful ceremony which was witnessed by the media at the label head office in Lekki.
The act started his musical career at age 16 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Since then, Jabby Jay has been around the Nigerian music scene performing on the same stage with some top musicians and producers such as D’banj, P-Square, E-Kelly, Wizkid, Davido, Runtown and Burna Boy.
He has released singles like Paper, Rude Boy, and Pere from his yet to be released album titled; ‘The Rappertainer,’ which will be released later this year.
The company, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the Companies and Allied Matters Acts, 1990, has a team of strong showbiz personalities led by Chima Ezeah (President), Barr. Rume Edosagie (Attorney/Secretary), Obed Harry (Manager/Promoter), Jabby Usman (Artiste) Maliking (Artiste), Fixxie (In-House Producer) DJ Skinny (Official Disk Jockey), Sane Sam (Dancer) and Enyinna Nwokogba (Stylist/Photographer).
Tone Def is set for a world class branding and packaging for their other artistes including Jabby Jay whose new music video, ‘Pere’and directed by Geezy will hit the music scene with a bang.
