UK-Based Sports Company Receives Accolades From Buruj Academy’s Boss

Following his visit to the United Kingdom where he held talks with some technical and business partners, the CEO of Buruj Sports Academy, Salaudeen Waheed, has expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation and support his academy is getting from Team Tours Direct, the Swansea-based sports and tours organisation in the United Kingdom.

Over the past few years, the Ikorodu, Lagos-based academy featured in some world class tournaments held in Europe and Middle East and the team are due to participate in some competitions to be organised by Team Tours Direct this year, beginning with the TTD Super Cup which will take place in Dubai between April 3rd and 6th.

Other competitions where Buruj Boys will showcase their potentials in 2018 are the English Super Cup in Manchester and Spanish Super Cup in Spain amongst others; and Dr.Buruj cannot hide his feelings over the state of preparation technically and in terms of logistics.

“We had useful discussions with our friends and partners at TTD and we are grateful for all the support and cooperation we are getting from them so far. They are very nice people and they are always very professional in all they do. All their tournaments are world class in terms of packaging and hopefully, our management and players will benefit more from our outings with them this year.”

“Everything is set about TTD Super Cup in Dubai. Our players are ready and for other competitions that will come up like English Super Cup in Manchester, we are going to give opportunity to new players to register and participate so that they can be scouted,” he concluded.
