Umuigbo United Assembly Asks Ndigbo Not To Join Planned Protest 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Dr NwaDavid stated this in Lagos while commenting on the State of the Nation. He explained that the protest is not necessary  because it has some ethnic coloration and President Tinubu has been making efforts to revive the economy.

Evangelist NwaDavid also advised President Tinubu to address the issue of economic challenges facing Nigerians, which was caused by the past administration because people are facing untold hardship across the country.

He explained that protest is not what we need now but prayers for President Tinubu’s administration including all the tiers of Government so that God will give them the wisdom to address the problems we are facing in Nigeria.

Dr. NwaDavid stated that President Tinubu was not the cause of the economic and security challenges but inherited the economy and security that was in comatose and has been making efforts to address the situation and needs every support to achieve it.

He explained that the planned protests being organized were by some ethnic groups, which should not involve Ndigbo and that Ndigbo across the World should not join it the motives were not in the interest of the people.

He recalled that during the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari, there was no such protests by the groups but during the time of President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration, strike was embarked on and now that it is the turn of the South,  they are planning the protest to in order to disorganize the present administration.

Dr NwaDavid also advised President  Tinubu to charge all the security agencies to work together to curb security challenges both in the Eastern and Northern part of the country and ensure that the agencies have the synergy to combat crime and prevent  gang up against the present administration.

On the issue of corruption, he asked the the President to address the issue of corruption both in the National Assembly and Government agencies including the petroleum sector on the arbitrary increase in prices of the product in order to bring sanity to the system of governance.

Evangelist NwaDavid urged the Governors to comply with the Supreme Court judgment on Local Government autonomy and allow the Local Government to manage their resources to bring development to the grassroots across the States in Nigeria.
