The Executive Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun, has assured that his administration will issue Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) to investors in the state within 28 working days.

The Governor made the disclosures at the Executive Council Strategic Retreat held in Ogere, in Ikenne LGA.

He said, “In tackling investment and housing deficit in Ogun, we will make C of O available to investors within 28 days, and we are set to deliver 5,000 housing units alongside basic community needs”.

“While it is regrettable that previous administrations were unable to implement the Geographic Information System (GI), our own administration will implement it to enable us better manage our land resources and improve the ease of doing business.”
