Respected group, Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, SYF, has pledged to mobilise millions of Nigerian youths especially in Southern part of the country for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, the National President of SYF, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe said, “The Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria has put plans in motion to mobilise youths across the country in support of Mr. President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR”.

“As part of our plans, we will hold an endorsement rally. The rally is part of a nationwide mobilisation effort to affirm Southern Nigeria’s support for the President and to encourage him to pursue a second term in 2027.”

“The SYF hopes to use the rally to mobilize youths and stakeholders from across all geopolitical zones, especially the Southern part of the country, to consolidate support for President Tinubu’s re-election bid.”

“The SYF acknowledges President Tinubu’s achievements in infrastructure, economic reforms and security, which have strengthened public confidence. The abolition of fuel subsidy, increased state allocations, financial autonomy for Local Governments, expanded student loans, a higher minimum wage and improvements in macroeconomic indicators as key milestones of the Renewed Hope Agenda.”

“We are therefore, planning the endorsement rally for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, to appreciate Mr. President for his giant strides these past years in the saddle, to encourage Mr. President that the entire Southern Nigeria is comfortable with his leadership, and to urge Mr. President to consider a second term in office.”

“That’s the day the youths of the Southern extraction shall speak in one voice to endorse our President”, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP) concluded.
