The marriage between a man, Adeshina Wasiu and his wife, Fatima Adeshina, has collapsed after the couple expressed their frustration and told Court that they were tired of the marriage and wanted divorce.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the husband, Wasiu, has filed a suit before an Ilorin Area Court, Ilorin, Kwara State, seeking for the dissolution of his marriage to  Fatima due to lack of love.
An embattled Wasiu had told the Court that he was tired of the relationship, adding that he does not love his wife any longer and wanted the Court to dissolve the marriage.
In response, the wife, Fatima, told the Court that she was also tired of the marriage and asked the Court to dissolve it so that she will move on with her life.
She agreed to the husband’s divorce suit and told the Court that she had no peace in the marriage because Wasiu’s second wife was troublesome and always cursed her each time she called her on phone and would not continue with the marriage.
However, she pleaded for the custody of their two-year old son because he was too tender, urging the Court to order the husband to be responsible for the child’s upkeep including his education.
The Presiding Judge, AbdulQadir Ibrahim, in the judgment noted that the marriage has broken down irretrievably and granted the petitioner his prayer and consequently dissolved the marriage.
The Court also ordered the respondent to observe her three months idda and  further gave custody of their child to the respondent while the petitioner was mandated to take responsibility of his upkeep and education.
