Wizkid Wins BET Award For Second Straight Year

Nigerian pop star, Wizkid has won the BET award for the Best International Act category in two straight year.

The singer was announced the winner on Saturday night in Los Angeles, United States.

He beat three other Nigerian artistes — Davido, Mr Eazi and Tekno — who were also nominated for the 2017 BET Awards.

The quartet was nominated alongside AKA, Babes Wodumo, Nasty C and Stonebwoy.

This is the second straight year that Wizkid will be winning the award.

In 2016, the ‘Closer’ singer was nominated alongside Yemi Alade – and he won.
