It was the hand of fate and great reunion for a love child, Okeluo, and his father, Mr, James Ikeh, after they reportedly met each other for the first time and united after 12 years of servitude in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the father and the love child are now living in their family house in Ketu area of Lagos including his wife, who he got married to eight years ago, and had three children having accepted the boy as his first son.

It was gathered that the father, James, reportedly impregnated a lady, Nneka, from his home town, Ozubulu in Anambra State, when he was living in FESTAC area of Lagos without him knowing about the pregnancy. The lady, having realised that she was pregnant, went away and gave birth to the child. She decided to keep the boy for the family because her own family had no male child to inherit their father’s properties.

The boy, Okeluo, was said to have been enrolled in school with other students, who continued to remind him that he was a bastard, and had no father. It was learnt that the boy continued to disturb his mother, Nneka, that she must show him his father as other students had been abusing him that he was a bastard.
When the disturbances and threats by the boy became unbearable, the mother revealed to him that he had father; that his father was living in FESTAC area of Lagos and eventually took him to meet with his father.

However, when they got to FESTAC Town, people in the neighbourhood told them that the man had since moved out and relocated elsewhere and the lady was helpless. But another thought came to Nneka to check the man up in Idumota, where he owned a shop and was doing business.
They then went to Idumota and eventually met the man, who the boy, Okeluo, looked like his exact carbon copy. It was at that point that Mr. James was told that the boy was his son and she had come to hand him over to him to the man’s surprise.
The boy’s mother, Nneka, reminded him when she visited him 13 years ago, they met and she became pregnant. She explained that she kept the boy away from him because they needed a male child in her family. She said that she had to bring the boy back to him to save the young man the embarrassment of being called a bastard while she knew he had a father.
It was gathered that the man was speechless, had to contact his close friends and told them what was happening. After thorough interrogations from everyone present, it was clear that the woman was right.
The man had to take the boy home and explained what happened to the wife. The wife, Mrs. Juliana Ikeh, reportedly willingly accepted the boy and they were said to be living peacefully in Ketu area of Lagos.
