19-year old Friday Oyedele has landed in trouble after he tested his manhood on his lover, a 13-year old girl in Lagos and got her pregnant.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Olusoji Street in Ilupeju area where they resided.

The relationship has became problematic for both young lovers. An embattled Oyedele has been arrested and charged before a Lagos court for rape and if found guilty may spend a good number of years in prison.

The victim on the other side may not continue with her education because of the pregnancy and shame in their area.
It was gathered that the defendant and the victim were lovers for some time before they got involved in sex romps.

It was gathered that the parents of victim were very angry after they discovered that the victim was pregnant for Oyedele, who was said to have no means of livelihood as a student.

The matter was reported to the police at Ilupeju Division and Oyedele was arrested and detained at the police station.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Oyedele admitted that he was responsible for the pregnancy. He said he was surprised that she could get pregnant at that age because they just started having sex.

However, the police found him culpable for engaging the underaged girl in sex and charged him for rape.

When he was arraigned, he pleaded not guilty and his counsel asked the court to grant him bail.

The prosecutor then asked the court to use its discretion to determine if the court will grant him bail or not.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule-Amzat ordered him to be remanded in prison custody.

He was denied bail and the matter adjourned till 10 July, 2018, when his bail application will be considered by the court.
