Ikeja Constituency 2 APC Primaries: Hon. Kasunmu Thanks All Delegates & Stakeholders

Following his resounding victory at the Primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC, the young Lawmaker representing Ikeja Constituency 2 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Adedamola Richard Kasunmu, ARK, has expressed his gratitude to all the delegates and stakeholders. 

In his message of appreciation, Hon Kasunmu said, “Eni ti a ba se loore ti ko dupe, bi Olosa koni leru lo”.

“What do I say and where do I start from? I am simply grateful beyond utterances!”

“First, I want to thank God Almighty for making our primary election in Ikeja Constituency 2 very peaceful and hitch-free. 
I am also grateful to God for making our victory resounding.I called it our victory because it is an outcome produced by intense cooperation and collective efforts of everyone of you.”

“I therefore, seize this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to all our Leaders, elders, members, followers and stakeholders of our great party, especially our eminent DELEGATES, who participated in the conduct of the House of Assembly primary election of our great Party, the APC, held at Oluwaleimu Sport Centre, Ikeja on Friday 27th May, 2022.”

“I thank you most sincerely for your perseverance and genuine commitment to the advancement of democracy, party ideals and good governance in our dear constituency and state at large.”

“The outcome of the exercise would not have been possible without your intentional efforts and inputs.I therefore, appreciate and salute your vision, spirit and determination.”

“I thank all our Leaders in Ikeja LGA and Ojodu LCDA. I thank the Governments and people of Ojodu LCDA and Ikeja LGA. I thank our Party stalwarts and teeming faithful. I thank our indefatigable and tireless Youths for the  support, challenge and inspiration.”

“The number 20 represents positive attitude, optimism, ability for teamwork and taking responsibility.Therefore, scoring 20 over 25 delegates votes in a competitive party primaries is a strong message that I won’t ever take for granted.” 

“Permit me to use this medium to thank all my inner team members and loyal supporters at all levels, who stood firmly, worked day and night and believed till the very moment of victory. You are simply amazing and I can’t thank you enough. God bless you all!”

“Finally I want to specially appreciate all my fellow Constituents, who also aspired to represent our people by contesting in this race. You are all Gallant! 
I salute your courage and commend your spirit of sportsmanship. Tomorrow is another day! In the overall interest of our Party and Constituency, I seek your cooperation and support for the bigger tasks ahead. Our party, the APC and Ikeja Constituency 2 belong to all of us and together we shall make it greater. Let us put all divisions behind us, close ranks, forgive each other and move forward together.”

“As the general elections approach, let us get our PVC ready and vote all our party’s candidates across board.
