Change Of Leadership At Plateau Assembly As Speaker & Deputy Resigns

There was a change in the leadership of the Plateau State House of Assembly yesterday as the Honourable Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Moses Thomas Sule, tendered his resignation with Rt. Hon. Gwottaon Fom, the Deputy Speaker, doing the same. 
Hon. Gabriel Dawang, the Honourable member representing Pankshin North Constituency, has been chosen to serve as the new Speaker. The new Deputy Speaker of the Assembly is Hon. Timothy Dantong, who represents the Riyom Constituency.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the development may be related to the dismissal of PDP State Assembly legislators and Governor Caleb Mutfwang, according to sources.
