National Youth Games: Gov Soludo Celebrates Team Anambra For Good Outing

The Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo CFR, has congratulated Team Anambra for a good outing at the just concluded National Youth Games.

Gov Soludo said, “A huge congratulations to our talented youth, who made Anambra State proud at the 8th National Youth Games (NYG) in Asaba!”

“Your outstanding performance brought home: 9 Gold medals in Taekwondo, Scrabble, Athletics, Chess, and Volleyball; 9 Silver medals in Cricket, Taekwondo, Swimming, Scrabble, and Beach Volleyball; 8 Bronze medals in Table Tennis, Karate, Taekwondo, Gymnastics, Athletics, Swimming, and Judo.”

“I’m thrilled to see our young athletes excel and showcase their skills on the national stage. Your hard work, dedication, and teamwork are truly inspiring. I’m committed to supporting and developing sports in Anambra State. We’ll continue to provide opportunities for our youth to grow and shine.”

 

“Well done, Team Anambra! Keep making us proud!” Gov Soludo concluded.
