Nigerian Youngsters Shine As FCV International Record 4-1 Win In London

Three Nigerian youngsters, Raheem Salaudeen, Fawas Ayomide Adeleke and Obiora Jacob Iyida, were on parade as FCV International Football Academy secured an impressive 4-1 away victory over Fox Academy of London.

The dominant performance saw FCV take control early and finish strongly, with two Nigerian players getting on the scoresheet.

FCV opened the scoring through Andrey before Iman doubled the lead. Raheem Salaudeen then made it 3-0 before the break, putting the visitors firmly in control.

Fawas Ayomide Adeleke added the fourth for FCV in the second half to cap a fine team display. Fox Academy pulled one back late, but it proved only a consolation.

Raheem and Fawas both found the net, while Obiora Jacob Iyida also impressed with his movement and attacking intent. The young forward created several chances and showed promise, though he was unfortunate to miss a couple of good goal-scoring opportunities.

The trio demonstrated confidence, determination and quality throughout the game, gaining another valuable experience in the UK football environment.

It was another positive outing for the Nigerian contingent at FCV as they continue to develop in the English football system.
