Amaechi Welcomes PDP Defectors In Gokana
The Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the South South and Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chubuike Amaechi, at the weekend stormed Bera, hometown of the Leader of the APC in Gokana and Deputy National Secretary of APC, Chief Victor Tombari Giadom (Mene Lebaton 1 of Ogoni Land), to receive defectors from PDP to APC.
At the event, thousands of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP members defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC. Leading the thousands of defectors were:
— Hon. Bernard Miikor former house of Reps. Member
— Chief Stephen Kobani, Uncle of Nyesom Wike’s SSG, Kenneth Kobani
— Hon. Bariyima Baadom, former Rivers State House of Assembly Member
— Mr. Gordons Nadubia
— Dr. Adumene Kuru
— Hon. Letom Gbueba
— Mr Kenneth Kpeede, present Press Secretary to CTC chairman, Gokana LGA
At the event also were the State APC Chairman, Hon Ojukaye Flag Amachree, Leader of Orashi, Rt. Hon. Asita Honourable, State Women Leader, Evang. Caroline Nagbo and several other party leaders. The supporters used the event also to announce their loyalty and support to Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi and State APC Chairman, Hon Ojukaye Flag Amachree.
