Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe Celebrates Gov Fubara On His Birthday

The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, who doubles as the National President of the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has celebrated His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, the Executive Governor of Rivers State, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
