Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe Congratulates Hon Richard O. Masi On Appointment

The President General of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe, has heartily congratulated Hon. Richard O. Masi on his appointment as Member, Board of Directors of Rivers State Waste Management Agency.   
In his congratulatory message, Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe said, “I’m compelled to congratulate you on your well deserved appointment as a member, Board of Directors of RIWAMA”.
“I’m writing this, not for any advances. but for the immense value you added to some of us before this moment. It is only pertinent to join your host of friends, family and well wishers in celebrating your moment. I’m certain you will use this office in your usual manner of uplifting and empowering lives with your God given and self improved knowledge.”
“It was really sad hearing how the some people tried to undermine your appointment as an Orashi son.
In other words, you have always kept a straight head in times of distress and puzzling circumstances. I know this is just a tip of the iceberg for you.”
“To this end, I say savour your well deserved appointment.
