Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe Congratulates Member-Elect, Hon. Napoleon Ukalikpe

The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has congratulated the Member-Elect, Ahoada East Constituency II of the Rivers State House Of Assembly, Hon. Napoleon Ukalikpe, on his electoral victory last Saturday.
