Anambra State Moves To Complete Kaolin Processing Facility At Ukpor

Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency (ANSIPPA) today, hosted a meeting with the Anambra State office of the Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC) to discuss the status of the Kaolin factory in Ukpor, Anambra State.
The meeting was part of the Agency’s effort to identify and optimize previously abandoned projects, as mandated by the State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo
During the meeting, MD ANSIPPA Mark Okoye expressed gratitude to the RMRDC for their participation and discussed the potential impact of the Kaolin Processing Facility on the mining and processing industry in Anambra State.
Reacting, the Anambra State Coordinator, Mr. Dara Okechukwu thanked the State Government for revisiting the project and emphasized the need for the State to revisit this project with a view to completing the processing facility.
Once completed, the facility is expected to create thousands of jobs for the people of Anambra.
