ANSEC Holds 20th Meeting & Approves Contracts For Immediate Execution

The Anambra State Executive Council held its 20th meeting on Monday 8th July, 2024, at the ANSEC Chamber in Awka and approved some contracts for immediate execution. 
According to Sir Paul Nwosu, the Honourable Commissioner for Information, ANSEC has approved the following contracts for immediate execution:
— Reconstruction 2.814KM Nawfia By-pass Road, Njikoka LGA, for the sum of ​N1,526,399,241.00 (One Billion, Five Hundred and Twenty-Six Million, Hundred and Ninety-nine Thousand, Two Hundred and Forty-One Naira Only) to ​NEW IDEA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Ltd.
— Approved the sum of N242,799,779.67 as additional cost for the custom duties and haulage of the equipment for the amusement and water park equipment to Solution FunCity, Awka, which are scheduled to start arriving at the port from 6th July, 2024.
