A 15-year old boy has been arrested in Lagos for forcing his joystick into the mouth of a 7-year old girl as he tried to practice what he had reportedly seen in a pornographic film.

The incident happened at Obanta Street in GRA in Apapa, Lagos, where they reside.

Police source said that the boy was exposed to watching a pornographic video and after watching he was tempted to try it in order to satisfy his sexual desire. He was said to have removed his trouser, brought out his erect penis, forced it into the 7-year old victim’s mouth and commanded her to suck it.

However, while he was in the act, he was caught and handed over to the police for sexual assault on the victim. The matter was transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for investigation.

The police found him culpable and later charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence. He pleaded not guilty. The prosecutor, Inspector Donny Raphael, informed the court that the defendant was a minor as well as the victim.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O Osunsanmi, granted him bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was detained in the remand home pending when he will fulfill the bail conditions.
The matter was adjourned till 19th December, 2018.
