Boy, 16 Sent To Prison Fingering Underage Girl

A 16-year old boy (name withheld) who reportedly specialised in inserting his fingers into the private parts of the under aged girls has been arrested and sent to the remand home for rehabilitation in Lagos.

The suspect was arrested and charged before a Lagos court after he was caught inserting his finger into a 5-year old girl’s private part in their compound.

The incident happened at Abolaji Street in Mafoluku area of Oshodi, Lagos where they resided.

The motive for such young boy to engage in such indecent act was not yet known, as it was gathered that it was not only the victim that he had tempered with her private before.

On the day the incident happened, the suspect reported lured the victim into their house when nobody was present, removed her pant and inserted his finger into her private part. However, after the act the victim informed her parents about what happened and her parents did not take the matter kindly.

The assault was reported to the police at gender section at Ikeja Command who ordered the suspect to be arrested and detained at the police station.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the boy admitted that he did so but he did not penetrate the victim because he knew too well that the size of his manhood would not enter her.
He was charged to court for the alleged assault.
The prosecutor, Inspector Benson Emuehi did not object his bail condition and informed the court that he was still underaged.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O.Osunsanmi granted him bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
The court ordered him to be remanded in the remand home pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 14 June, 2016.
