The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful across Ikeja and Lagos State at large on the joyous occasion of Eid-Al-Fitr, marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan.

In his goodwill message, Comrade Dauda congratulated the Muslim Ummah for their devotion, sacrifice, and steadfastness throughout the fasting period, noting that the spiritual discipline observed during Ramadan reflects the enduring values of faith, patience, and selflessness.

On behalf of the good people of Ikeja Local Government, the Chairman wished residents a peaceful and joyous celebration, praying that the blessings of the season bring happiness, prosperity, and renewed hope to every home.

“Eid-Al-Fitr is a time for reflection, gratitude, and togetherness. It is a moment to reinforce the bonds of unity, compassion, and love that bind us as a people. I urge all residents to continue to uphold these values as we collectively work towards the growth and development of Ikeja,” he stated.

The Ikeja Chairman further prayed that the Almighty accepts the prayers and sacrifices offered during Ramadan and grants continued peace, harmony, and progress to Ikeja Local Government, Lagos State, and Nigeria as a whole.
