The family of Mrs. Salabiu-Emeghai Victoria Oluwabunmi Kikamuan, with her child Salabiu Bilqis Temitope are seeking help over an inherited property that has brought sadness more than joy to their life.

The property at 5 Onibuore streetin Ikorodu has been a subject of torment for Salabiu-Emeghai Victoria Oluwabunmi Kikamuan, who inherited the property from her late mother Mrs. Kafayat Bisola Lediju.

The trouble started when Mrs. Salabiu-Emeghai Victoria Oluwabunmi Kikamuan who lives with her family at Plot 12 Pastor Adefila street Ire 1 Agunfoye, Igbogbo Ikorodu Lagos. When one suspected notorious land grabber aka (Ajagungbale) who helped her late mother to acquire a plot of land now turn around to claim the property after her late mother died in April, 2014. The suspected land grabber insisted that over his dead body will Mrs. Salabiu-Emeghai Victoria Oluwabunmi Kikamuan take over her late mother landed property.

It was hell on Saturday 25th January, 2020 when Mrs.Salabiu-Emeghai Vitoria Oluwabunmi Kikamuan move to the site to work on the land suspects mobilized thugs and others with arms and weapons to chase and beat all that were working on the site away even the presence of Mrs Salabiu-Emeghai Vitoria Oluwabunmi kikamuan could not stop him from unleashing the terror as life was lost then and the matter was later reported at the nearest police station. He said that he will not allow her to build on the land, even if it means killing you, the suspected land grabber was threatening Mrs. Salabiu-Emeghai. All efforts by Mrs. Salabiu-Emeghai to bring in law enforcement agencies prove abortive, even for the police to stop the suspected land grabber from incessant attacks could not yield positive result since he keeps to surface and vanish unexpectedly.

The situation is getting out of hand as this land grabber is hell bent on denying me on my rightful inheritance on the land, he vow to eliminate me. and since i do not know what to do and where to run, he is everywhere. I am no longer safe again and when the suspect and his gangs did not gives me rest of mind over the land, I ran to a hidden place for safety at Epe in Lagos sub-urban area, not knowing that his boys are trailing me and got my location with treat of life continues. I later ran to Abeokuta, Ogun state for about 6 month and later return to Ikorodu to meet my husband.

Despite being with my husband, i did not have the rest of mind because of the suspected land grabber and his boys, i had to leave Ikorodu to Oshogbo in Osun state for some months in 2023. It was a relief for me when i could persuade my husband that we should go on holiday vacation in London, which he accepted but i do not disclose my intention of seeking asylum she said.
