From Vision To Reality: How Polish Crown Plans To Create Jobs Across Ghana

Posted on April 26, 2026

CEO of Polish Crown, Ebenezer Godbless Opoku, says his luxury grooming brand is not just about beauty — but about economic empowerment.

Following the successful launch of Polish Crown, the founder revealed that one of his biggest goals is to create employment opportunities for young people across Ghana.

According to Opoku, the salon industry holds massive potential to support youth development, especially through training programs in professional grooming, hairstyling, skincare, and customer service.

He explained that Polish Crown is being structured not just as a salon, but as a professional grooming institution that will help young people acquire practical skills and sustainable income.

“Beauty is more than appearance — it is an industry capable of transforming lives,” Opoku stated.

Industry observers say the expansion of premium grooming businesses like Polish Crown could significantly contribute to job creation and entrepreneurship growth within Ghana’s beauty sector.

As the brand continues to grow, many expect Polish Crown to become a major employer and skills-development hub within the region.
