Gov Soludo Felicitates With Former Governor Dr Chris Ngige On His Birthday

The Executive Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has expressed his felicitations to former Governor, Senator Dr. Chris Nwabueze Ngige, CON, on the occasion of his birthday.
