Hon. Doherty Congratulates Senator Okpenholo & Hon. Idahosa On Gubernatorial Election Victory

The Chairman of APC UK Chapter, Hon. Tunde Doherty, has congratulated the Governor-elect of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, and his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa, on their resounding victory in the recent elections.

In his message, Hon. Tunde Doherty, who also serves as the Chairman of the APC Committee of Diaspora Chairmen, expressed confidence in their leadership and ability to bring positive change to Edo State.

He also extended his congratulations to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the security agencies for their resilience and professionalism in standing firm against intimidation, ensuring a free, fair, and credible election process.

In his remarks, Hon. Doherty urged the newly elected officials to be prepared to deliver from Day 1 upon their swearing-in, emphasizing the need to fulfil the mandate and expectations of the people of Edo State. He called for prompt and decisive action to drive development and progress across the state.
