Hon Segun Odunmbaku Hosts Veteran Actor, Saidi Balogun & Explores Partnership For Development

The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, on Monday received veteran Nollywood actor, Saidi Balogun, on a courtesy visit to the Council Secretariat Complex.

 

The engagement centered on exploring collaborative opportunities between the council and the creative industry to advance social development.

Welcoming the thespian alongside his Vice Chairman, Alhaja Kafaya Layeni, Hon. Odunmbaku highlighted the role of arts, culture, and entertainment in his administration’s HEYSRELOADED AGENDA, stressing their potential to promote youth empowerment, innovation, and community pride.

 

He noted: “We are committed to initiatives that positively engage our youths, empower communities, and position Ojodu as a hub of creativity and development.”

In response, Saidi Balogun praised the Chairman’s people-centered leadership and pledged to partner with the LCDA on projects merging entertainment and education to nurture talent, instill social values, and stimulate local economic growth.
