Ndi Igbo Buru Otu Set To Launch Event Centre & Honour 100 Police Officer During End Of Year Party

Fast rising Igbo Sociocultural organization, known as Ndi Igbo Buru Otu, has concluded plans for the launching and fund raising of ceremony of their N127m ultra-modern event centre to mark the end of the year party and extend honour to over 100 Police officers in Lagos State.
P.M.EXPRESS reports as was disclosed by the founder and President of the the group, Chief Chika Nwokedi.
He said the event is slated to hold on 4th December, 2021, at Apata Memorial School hall located at 36/42 Godwin Omonua Street, Ire-Akari Estate, Isolo, Lagos State.

The event will witness the presence of the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, as Special Guest of Honour.
Top Police officers billed to attend the event include, AIG Zone 2, Johnson Kokumo, AIG Usman Belel of FCIID, Alagbon, CP Lagos State Command, CP Hakeem Odumosu, CP Hakeem Busari, Patron of Igbo Buru Otu, other notable officers in the Force and Lt Commander, KNC Jaja Det of Naval Police under the Distinguished Chairmanship of Chief Vitus Uzor, Deputy President of Ohanaeze, Lagos State.
The Chief Launcher is Chief Osinachi Nnedu, Onwa Isiokpo, MD, Ositini Group while the deputy launcher is Chief Chijioke Obiorah, Chairman of Obodoukwu Town Union, Lagos State.
The Fathers of the Day include Chief Jelili Ododo, Baale of Ijedodo land, Ezendigbo Lagos State, Eze Christian Nwachukwu and Eze Lawrence Eze, Chairman Council of Igbo traditional rulers in Alimosho Local Government. The Mother of the Day is Chief (Mrs.) Chizoba Onwueze, MD, Pee Hotel & Suites Limited while Lolo Ifeoma Ogbuka (Osediemeaku) is the Chairman of the Planning Committee.
Chief Nwokedi, who confirmed preparation for the event is in top gear, stated that it will promote Igbo cultural heritage and will be unique in different ways.
Chief Nwokedi further stated that the association was founded many years ago to promote and advance the welfare of members, which has been achieved successfully over time.
He stated that the association has provided members the opportunity to become landlords and set up NGO to give soft loans to members in order to assist them to take care of their needs.
Nwokedi hinted that the event is celebrated every two years to honour hard working Police officers by rewarding them with gifts and awards to encourage hard work for the interest of Igbo people living in Lagos State.
He stated that over 200 Police officers will be honoured for their outstanding performance including some Igbo friends, who deserve to be honoured.
