Ikeja LG Boss Attends 8th Day Fidau Prayer For Late Comrade Isiaka Sanyaolu

The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), today attended the 8th Day Fidau prayer of late Comrade Isiaka Olaosebikan Sanyaolu, fondly known as Agbara Po, who passed on 31st January, 2026.

The Fidau prayer was held in honour of the late party stalwart and committed progressive, whose contributions to party organization and grassroots mobilisation within Ikeja will be long remembered.

Comrade Dauda was joined at the Fidau prayer by Hon. Fatai Alugo, former Leader of the Ikeja Legislative Arm, Hon. Ayotunde Adenuga; the APC Chairman, Ward C, Ikeja, Mr. Onamisan Ukiri; the Councillor representing Ward C, Ikeja, Hon. Saburi; as well as other party leaders and stalwarts from across Ikeja.

During the prayer session, the Ikeja Chairman prayed for the repose of the soul of the departed, asking Almighty God to grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus. He also prayed for divine comfort, strength, and protection for the family, friends, and loved ones the deceased left behind.

Comrade Dauda described the late Comrade Sanyaolu as a loyal party man whose dedication to the progressive cause and service to the Ikeja political family would not be forgotten.
