Ikeja LG Boss, Comrade Dauda Joins Colleagues For Submission Of APC Nomination Forms

The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), yesterday joined fellow Executive Chairmen and Chairpersons of Local Governments and Local Council Development Areas across Lagos State for the official submission of the Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat (KOH) in Abuja.
The forms were submitted under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the forthcoming 2027 General Elections, reaffirming the unwavering support of Lagos grassroots leadership for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the emergence of Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat as the APC gubernatorial candidate in Lagos State.
Comrade Dauda described President Tinubu as a visionary leader, whose Renewed Hope Agenda continues to reposition Nigeria for sustainable growth, economic stability and national development. He also commended Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat for his remarkable contributions to governance, innovation and public service in Lagos State.
According to the Ikeja Council Chairman, the overwhelming support witnessed during the submission exercise reflects the confidence of party stakeholders and grassroots mobilizers in the leadership capacity, experience and progressive credentials of both the President and the incoming governor.
The event attracted prominent party leaders, political stakeholders, council executives and supporters from across the state, all united in their resolve to ensure victory for the APC in the 2027 elections.
