Imo: Committee On Project Monitoring & Evaluation To Set Up Citizens Feedback Desk

Posted on May 20, 2020

In line with the Resolution of the Imo State House of Assembly to set up a Committee for urgent Monitoring and evaluation of all ongoing projects in the States, the committee resolved to set up a ‘citizens feedback desk’ which Imolites can forward complaints, commendations and observations about the ongoing projects within their areas.

According to Rt. Hon. Amarachi Chyna Iwuanyanwu, Deputy Speaker, Committee Chairman Project Monitoring and Evaluation, “This decision is owing to the firm belief that every Imolite is a stakeholder in the affairs of the state,   and must be part of monitoring of projects undertaken by Government of the state”. “We therefore urge Imolites to always feel free to forward their observation or complaints to the phone number 08174295436 or email: imhaprojectmonitoring@gmail.com
“We appreciate the enormous support and cooperation accorded to the State Government and use this opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to perform our oversight functions by putting interest of our dear state first” he said.
