Jigsimur Director, Dr Lilian Osuofia Showers Multi-Million Naira Gifts To Staff At Shoprite

The Chief Executive Officer, Jigsimur Zdex International, Dr (Mrs.) Lilian Chinonso Osuofia, has once more demonstrated that she understands the importance of motivation by showering multi-million Naira gifts to her staff at Shoprite complex in Lagos State.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the shopping took place at the popular Shoprite store located at Diamond Estate, Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos, where the staff converged and selected assorted products free of charge courtesy of Dr Lilian Osuofia.
This happened barely two months after Madam Osuofia had demonstrated her heart of gold by giving out 52 Mercedes Benz SUVs and cash gifts worth millions of Naira to her staff to mark the company’s 4th anniversary and her birthday.
The shopping spree had an emotional tone at the Shoprite as the overwhelmed staff picked products of choice while savouring the benevolence of Chief Osuofia, who they had worked with over the years.
The amazon of Jigsimur Zdex International, Dr Lilian Osuofia, believes so much in motivation as a tool to engage workers to do more for the success of the company and it has been working perfectly for her as the company has continued to grow successfully over the years in Nigeria.
Dr Lilian Osuofia explained that she believes so much in motivation because when the company motivates the staff, they will be propelled to work harder for its progress.
Jigsimur Zdex International, a multi-level marketing company, came into Nigeria in 2018 as a consolation to multi-level marketers, who had worked very hard in the industry but had little or nothing to show for it.
Thus, leveraging on Jigsimur product’s efficacy and incomparable marketing plan, the company has been very successful by producing millionaires through their network of over 200, 000 distributors in Nigeria.
From 2018 till date, Jigsimur Zdex has paid over N8b to her distributors as sales bonuses and it has been growing consistently because of the motivation and dedication of the CEO, Dr Lilian Osuofia.

In 2021, Jigsimur also gave out 19 Mercedes Benz ML 350 and 77 International trip worth N38m while in 2022, Jigsimur Zdex International gave out 52 Mercedes Benz and I86 international trip worth N93m with other welfare packages to the staff.
It has been a success story for Jigsimur Zdex International; in just four years of existence in Nigeria, it has given out N380m in its annual mid-year awards to its staff.
Apart from awards, Jigsimur Zdex International has been involved in humanitarian services in the society by visiting the less privileged homes and supporting them both in financial and material benefits including empowerment.
