Jigsmur Boss, Queen Lilian Osuofia Splashes Cash Gifts Worth Millions Of Naira On Staff, Orphanage Home To Mark Mid Year Promotion

The Director and Chief Executive Officer, Jigsimur International, Queen Lilian Chinonso Osuofia, has continued to demostrate that motivation of workers and charity to the less privileged are key factors to success in the world of business.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that on Thursday 21st July, 2022, Queen Osuofia as usual showered millions of cash gifts on over 71 members of staff, gave out 50 Android phones worth millions of Naira and cash gifts including clothes and food items to an orphanage to mark this year’s Jigsmur mid-year promotion.
Queen Osuofia, who was crowned the Igbo queen by the Apex organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo in Lagos State, marked the event at Lagos Travels Inn, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos.
The event was attended by eminent personalities including the President of Ohaneze Ndigbo Lagos State, Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene, top Igbo captains of industry and hundreds of members of the Jigsmur family.
It was not the first time the Jigsmur Director, Queen Lilian Osuofia, was extending such gesture to her staff and charity organizations. She has been doing so for several years but this year own was massive and as usual brought happiness to the homes of many of her staff and the less privileged in the society.
Queen Osuofia stated during the event that welfare and motivation are some of the cardinal policies of Jigsmur International and she will continue to show love to her staff as a form of motivation for them to work harder and equally identify with the less privileged in the society.
“When you make your staff happy, they will be motivated to work harder and that is what we have been doing in the company over the years to achieve success” Osuofia stated.
Apart from the members of staff, Queen Lilian Osuofia has touched the lives of the less privileged in the society by taking care of both their material and emotional needs through her brand, Jigsmur International.
While explaining her philanthropic nature, she stated that she has great passion to assist the less privileged in the society and she has no limitation to the extent which she will go to assist. And she made it clear that nothing will stop her from giving and advised her staff to learn the spirit of giving, which one of secrets of prosperity.
Queen Osuofia is a name to be reckoned with in the compensation of the multi-level marketing industry in Nigeria. She is a brand in business development for multi-level startups in the world. She had participated in the design of many companies and started her multi-level marketing career in 2003.
