Man Fondles Breasts, Tricks Teenager Into Sex Romp

A 32-year old man, Asiwaju Olamilekan, has landed in trouble after he tricked a 16-year old girl into sex romp by fondling her breasts and touching her private part before she became confused and he raped her.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Kufo Street in Ipaja area of Lagos where they reside.

The victim claimed that she was raped because she did not consent to the romp and the matter was reported to the police.
He was charged before court for rape and then remanded in prison custody without an option of bail.
It was gathered that the defendant, Olamilekan, returned from work and lured the victim into his apartment. He was said to have confused her but she became more confused when he touched the sensitive parts of her body and she was eventually raped.
After the romp, she realized herself and cried because she did not consent to it. She reported what happened to her parents who reported the matter to the Ipaja Police Division for investigation.
During investigation, the police found the suspect culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates court for having carnal knowledge of the victim without her consent.
The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John, informed the court that it was a case of rape and asked the court to order for the advice of DPP on the matter.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, ordered Olamilekan to be remanded in prison custody without taken his plea or granting him bail.
The court directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and sent to DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned till 12th November, 2018, for the report of DPP to be available. It was gathered that the defendant will spend many years in prison if the DPP finds him culpable and he is tried and convicted at the High Court.
