A prophet, Judah Adenubi, of Divine Altar Church has been arrested by the police at Sango Area Command for having sex with his church member’s daughter.

A 22-year old girl, daughter of one of the members of his church, complained that Prophet Judah Adenubi had been having sex with her since she was 16 and each time he had sex with her he usually gave her N200.00 but warned her never to tell anyone and that the Prophet said any day she will tell someone about his escapades that she will die.

The 22-year old girl’s suitor, a medical doctor, who she took to the Prophet for counseling noticed some strange behaviours from both the Prophet and the girl. When they got home, the medical doctor asked the girl if there was any secret between her and the Prophet and that was how the girl opened up.

The medical doctor took the girl to her parents and told them what the girl had told him and they all went to the Prophet who did not deny the allegation.
Another Pastor was said to have intervened in the matter before the girl’s parents started threatening the medical doctor accusing him of using diabolical means on their daughter which made the doctor to run to a Human Rights Organization to complain and the body wrote a petition against the Prophet to Sango Area Command of the Nigeria Police.

Prophet Judah Adenubi however denied the allegations when he was arrested even though he had initially owned up to it to a journalist from Akede Newspaper who once interviewed him on the matter and all the confessions were recorded on tape.

The Prophet was later released on bail while the Police investigation continued.
