Senator Nwoye Celebrates Prince Engr. Arthur Eze On 76th Birthday

The Distinguished lawmaker representing Anambra North Senatorial District, Senator Dr Tony Nwoye, has eulogised Prince Engr. Arthur Eze on the occasion of his 76th birthday celebration.
