Sex Starved Boy, 14, Docked For Tempering With Private Part Of Girl, 3

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the boy has been arrested and charged for sexual assault under the Criminal Laws of the State.

The incident happened at Ebiere Street, Isolo area of Lagos, where they reside with their parents.

According to the Police, the boy lured the victim, removed her pants and rubbed his dick on the victim’s private part before he was caught by the victim’s parents.

The matter was reported to the Police in the area. The boy was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct.

The boy did not deny that he committed an offence but told the Police he only  rubbed his dick on the victim’s private part. The victim’s parents insisted that he must be prosecuted for his conduct to serve as deterrent to others who might try such in future.

The Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.

The charge read:

“That you, 14-years old ‘m’, on 13th of April, 2025 at Ebiere Street, Isolo Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did sexually assault the victim ‘f’ 3years by rubbing your penis on her vagina and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 263 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State Nigeria, 2015.

He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O.Tanimola, granted the defendant bail with a surety who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while address will be verified by the Court.

However, the defendant was remanded in custody at the Juvenile center pending when he will perfect his bail conditions while the matter was adjourned for mention.

The names of both the defendant and victim were withheld in line with the policy of P.M.EXPRESS because they are still minors under the Criminal Law of the State.
