Sister-To-Sister Worldwide Inaugurates Its Cross-River Chapter

On Saturday, 11th November, 2023, Sister-To-Sister Worldwide, which is an NGO/Support Group that spans across the shores of Seven (7) countries and four (4) continents, inaugurated a new chapter of the NGO in Cross River State, Nigeria.
The event was presided over by the National Coordinator of the NGO, Mrs. Racheal Edoba; who, by the virtue of her position, inaugurated five(5) exco who will take charge of the affairs of the NGO in the chapter:
¶ Princess Okuanwan Effiom okon: Secretary
¶ Evang. Queen Esther Oche okem: PRO
¶ Dr. Mrs Mary Ogbeche: Financial Secretary.
¶ Dr. Mrs. Martina Ntino: TreasurerSeveral dignitaries were present at the event: The APC Cross-River State Women Leader, Dr. Mrs. Pauline Ekuri; the Commissioner of Social Welfare and Community Development of Cross-River State, Dr. Bishop Eneh Ita, was duly represented by Hon. Josephine Eni; Commissioner of Ministery Of Housing of Cross-River State, Dr. Beatrice Igwe, was also represented by Mrs. Ireti Ohiero James.
The newly inaugurated chapter presented a gift to the Founder/CEO of the NGO, Dr. Mrs. Mary Alile (CAPACITY), APC National Women Leader, in appreciation of her marvelous works and her unwavering dedication towards the course of women and the girl-child; the gift was received on her behalf by the National Coordinator of the NGO, Mrs. Racheal Edoba.
The New chapter also sang praise songs, eulogizing the Founder/CEO of the NGO.
The event also saw one of Cross-River State traditional dance crew show off the beautiful dance steps embedded in the state’s cultural embodiment.
The Founder/CEO of the NGO, APC National Women Leader, Dr. Mrs. Mary Alile (CAPACITY), who was unavoidably absent in the event, sent her utmost regards and congratulations to the newly Inaugurated chapter of the NGO, as she welcomed them into the family of Sister-To-Sister Worldwide.
