Tinubu, A Gifted ‘Producer’ Of Leaders – Doyin Johnson

The National Leader of All Progressive Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been described as a ‘producer of leaders’ who has been divinely endowed and a gift to Nigerians of this generation.

Hon. Doyin Johnson, South West Publicity Secretary of Presidential Support Committee told P.M.EXPRESS in an interview that “it is a good and bold step to celebrate outstanding leader in the like of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu because by doing this, we are challenging him to do more. At 67th birthday, Bola Tinubu has clocked the league of Pan Africanist.

“I could recalled some years back, Tinubu said and I quote: “Any leader who for the sake of personal aggrandisement surround himself with mediocre men, he will pay the prize of achieving nothing.”

“Tinubu is a gifted human being who produces leaders. It is a known fact that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has the best production line which metamorphosed to coming into the limelight of Professor Yemi Osinbajo  as the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2015. Professor Osinbajo was Bola Tinubu’s Attorney General in Lagos State during Tinubu-led administration, while his two Chiefs of Staff, Lai Mohammed and Babatunde Raji Fashola are currently serving ministers in President Muhammadu Buhari-led government.

“The world has seen many people who have been under his tutelage doing excellently well in their chosen careers. Bola Tinubu keeps waxing stronger even at  age 67 you remains unbeatable, many people of his age category are redundant but his case has never been.”

Hon. Johnson, who is also the National Coordinator of Asiwaju Frontliners, a Bola Tinubu foot soldiers organisation with structure across the federation,  eulogised the former Lagos state governor and one time Senator who is celebrating his 67th birthday. He described Bola Tinubu as an enigma and Pride of Africa from Yoruba race who has given so much to his father land.

Johnson said further that he was amazed when Bola Tinubu advised the Federal Government at his 11th Colloquium in Abuja on 28th March 2019,  to thread softly on the Value Added Tax (VAT) increase from 5 percent to 7.5 percent. He counseled the government to rather focus on how best it can generate more revenues rather than increment of VAT which may lead to economy crisis for the country.

He said that the humane spirit in Tinubu also led him to advise the government to look into the privatisation of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) and make electricity available to all Nigerians for the common good of humanity as millions of  Nigerians are suffering from estimated billing system while some have no power supply for months

Johnson recalled that Tinubu has been on the side of the masses right from the days of the military juntas since1991 to date despite the fact that God blessed him and his family.

“He never relent in his effort for a better nation for the common man on the streets,” he said.

According to Johnson, “Tinubu is a selfless leader who does not care about your tribe and your traits but concern about better life for the citizens.

“I must tell you this, he is a blessing to Nigeria and the Africa continent at large. It will be a great blessing to this nation if Bola Ahmed Tinubu can be given the privilege to govern this country.

“I’m wishing him Happy 67th Birthday celebration in good health for the common good of humanity.”
