Two Brothers Among Armed Robbers Smashed In Ogun, Lagos States

Two brothers Emmanuel Ogaba a.k.a Tablet, 45, Matthew Ogaba,30, were among the seven suspects arrested for armed robbery by the operatives of Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad, FSARS, Lagos State Command.
P.M.EXPRESS confirmed that the two brothers were notorious for armed robbery and belonged to a syndicate that specialised in snatching vehicles between Ogun and Lagos States.
The other members of the gang included Mr. Fidelis Nelson a.k.a MP, 41, Augustine Stanley, 31 Abayomi Adebisi, 40, Sunday Solomon, and Emmanuel Olusegun.
The suspects were arrested at their various hideouts and paraded by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Imohimi Edgal at the State Command, Ikeja, Lagos.
The police also recovered some arms and a Toyota Camry which they had already snatched before they were busted.
The police boss said that the suspects were apprehended on 16th June, 2018, through intelligence report from a credible source that the suspects and others at large were dare-devil armed robbers based in Ogun State who specialised in snatching vehicles and brought them to Lagos for sales. He said that based on the intelligence gathered, the FSARS and the Command operatives went into action and nabbed them.
The suspects were said to have been picked up at their various hideouts in both Ogun and Lagos States. Some arms and stolen vehicles were recovered as exhibits.
CP Edgal said that the suspects were undergoing interrogations and they have given the police useful information which will lead to the arrest of the other suspects. He said they will be charged to court after the conclusion of investigations.
