A staff nurse at Mayfair Medical Center in Lagos State, Miss Philip Cecilia, had a nasty experience while on duty when a woman, Babatunde Abosede, suspected to be a patient descended on her, beat her mercilessly and got her injured in the process.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at the Medical Center premises, Agege area of Lagos.
The woman, Abosede, has been arrested and charged for the alleged assault under the Criminal Laws of the State.
However, the Police did not disclose the cause of the disagreement that led to the woman to have assaulted the nurse the way she did and even threatened to kill her during the squabble.
The alleged assault was reported to the Police in the area. The Police operatives moved into action, arrested the woman and detained her at the station for interrogation over her alleged conduct.
