Anambra Is APGA Land – Soludo Says As He Hosts 326 APGA Ward Executives

The Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, on Sunday 21st April, 2024, hosted the 326 Ward Executives of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA). 
Governor Soludo, who was accompanied by his Deputy Governor, Dr. OnyekaChukwu Ibezim, hosted the delegates at the Governor’s Lodge in Amawbia.
In his opening speech, the APGA State Chairman, Mr. Ifeatu Obiokoye, welcomed everyone present to the auspicious occasion. He went on to thank the governor for hosting the party executives noting that it was a step in the right direction to achieving the party’s common goal.
Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa, the APGA National Chairman, also took the floor as he welcomed the National Leader of the party, Governor Soludo, who he said is the image maker of the party globally. He also thanked the 326 Ward executives for their efforts towards giving the party a strong hold in the state.
He charged them to shun distractions from opposition parties as he assured them that their collective efforts would pay off in the next election as APGA will dominate not just the 21 local governments in the state but the 326 wards in general. He closed by thanking the governor for all his efforts in shaping the political party and making it one that is today the envy of all.
 
The governor, who delivered a compelling speech at the event, began by expressing his gratitude for their dedication and hard work in carrying out the party’s mission at the grassroots level. He emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration among party members to achieve their common goals.
Governor Soludo outlined his vision for the future, highlighting key initiatives and projects that would benefit the local communities such as the already completed renovation and rehabilitation of General Hospitals in the State, completion of major road projects, the Solution Clean Water for all and a host of other achievements of his administration.
He stressed the need for inclusivity and transparency in decision-making processes, encouraging the Ward executives to actively engage with their constituents and address their concerns effectively.
Furthermore, the governor acknowledged the challenges faced by the party and pledged to work tirelessly to overcome them. He called for renewed energy and commitment from everyone present, urging them to continue their efforts in advancing the party’s agenda and serving the people with integrity and passion.
In conclusion, the meeting was a call to action, inspiring the Ward executives to rededicate themselves to the party’s cause and work together towards a brighter future for their community.
Dignitaries present at the event included the APGA National Chairman, Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa; APGA State Chairman, Mr. Ifeatu Obiokoye, the Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt Hon.Somtochukwu Udeze alongside other party executives and political stalwarts.
