3 Men Gang Rape 14-year Old Girl

A 14-year old girl (name withheld) has been debased and hospitalised after three men conspired and raped her in turns for several hours and escaped in Lagos.

The incident happened at Labinjo Street, Akala area of Mushin, Lagos where they resided.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the victim suffered fracture in her private and was presently undergoing treatment in an undisclosed hospital.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the victim suffered her fate after she was lured to the house where one of the suspects resided. When she got into the room, she met the two other suspects, they locked the door and warned her not to raise alarm otherwise they will kill her. She was ordered to remove her clothes including her pant and forced to the bed where they forcefully penetrated her in turns to their satisfaction and thereafter sent her away.

The matter was reported to the police at Olosun Division and the police trailed the suspects and eventually arrested one Ayokunle Bailey while the other suspects escaped and were now at large.

The suspect was charged before Ogba Magistrates court for conspiracy and rape.

He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. F.O. Abegunde Davis granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 12 February, 2018.
